So, I'm attached on my home wireless router - shows 192.168.0.102 is
the G1's IP address - and I try to hit a web server I'm running on
192.168.0.100.

http://192.168.0.100 works from another laptop on the router
(192.168.0.105), but not from the phone ("Web page not available.").
Is this intentionally limited in Android, or am I just doing something
wrong?

FWIW, hitting an internal Web server works fine for me from the Browser
app on my G1.

I've been able to connect to internal sites on multiple networks no
problem. I have noticed sometimes it seems like its trying to use Edge
or 3G instead of wifi. Usually restarting fixes it.
